"Great Hotel"

We loved the Four Seasons. It was centrally located in Vancouver so as we could walk to most of the famous sites in the city. The young doormen were very helpful in directing us to good restaurants and which buses to take for our excursions. Everyone was so friendly!

The staff at the Four Seasons Vancouver, BC spoiled us. They were very friendly, respectful and on the ball completely. It will be hard for another hotel to top these folks. And the room itself was very comfortable. Loved those down covers and pillows!

"Great Hotel in VAncouver"

We enjoyed greatly our three night stay at the end of our honeymoon. Our room (4 seasons executive suite) was great. The staff were very helpful. A minor fault was that that the hotel swimming pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was too hot. However the hotel had a nice garden for sunbathing and provided complimentary fruit and water. We did not eat at teh hotel preferring to eat at Joe Forte's (great steak and fish) and the Diva (across road at metropolitan), the latter which is a superb restaurant.

"Wonderful family weekend"

We brought our 6 month old baby with us for our wedding anniversary weekend getaway and were so impressed by the level of accomodation made for us. Upon check in, we received a free upgrade to a beautiful corner suite which would give us more room to spread out. A beautifully furnished crib awaited us, along with all necessities for the baby, including: Johnson's baby powder, lotion, soap, diaper wipes, hand sanitizer and a rubber ducky! We had impeccable service the entire weekend and felt spoiled and pampered. What a great weekend! (and the baby actually slept!)

"Would Highly Recommend this hotel"

The Four Seasons is a 5 star hotel and sets 5 star standards. It is beautifully set out in a comtemporary manner , and the rooms are very comfortable. It is near to downtown and only 10 minutes walk from Gas town and Canada Place at the harbour. Staff are very good and helpful, and during my 3 night stay , I cannot think of anything that I was unhappy about. We used the gym area , the restaurant bar , room service , all of which were excellent. You will pay 5 star prices for food and drink , but I would without doubt stay at this hotel again due to being comfortable, location , cleanliness , and its facilities.

From start to finish my experience at the Four Seasons constantly exceeded expectations. I will be a customer of theirs for life based on this stay. From the amazing staff to the great location in the city I can't say enough good things. It was priced a little higher than other supposedly comparable hotels but I decided to book the Four Seasons based on their reputation. They delivered on the reputation. It was an amazing value for the money. We were upgraded twice because the hotel wasn't full. Definitely try the flavored water by the pool, it may have been the highlight of my trip.

"Downtown airport hotel"

What a disappointing entrance; if anything, it looks more like an airport (hotel) than a high-end hotel. Four Seasons Vancouver is struggling an uneven match against the facilities. While the staff is just as welcoming and excellent as at all other Four Seasons hotels you hardly notice it unless you have specific issues since their stations are located in a way that never leaves you with the impression of familiarity that you normally find at Four Seasons. All in all, I might just as well have stayed anywhere else at a cheaper hotel. Not the best recommandation for Four Seasons city hotels!
