Net hotel, keurige kamer maar niks bijzonders. Vriendelijk personeel en de lokatie is echt super! Dicht bij winkelgebied. Ga zeker weer terug!

Ruime kamer Goed sanitair Goede bedden Schoon Ontbijtbuffet goed in orde Wat kleine probleempjes werden direct door het personeel opgelost Jammer dat de ramen van folie voorzien waren. Geeft de indruk dat het voordurend schemert. Tijdens hoogzomer zal het wel nuttig zijn denk ik.

Prima 4 sterren Hotel op 5 min van de Dom. Goede kamers met alle 4* voorzieningen en een prima ontbijt met verse jus en espresso koffie. Ideaal voor een kort verblijf.

Goed gelegen, jammer dat tijdens de verbouwing zowel oude- als recent verbouwde kamers worden geboden voor dezelfde prijs. Was zelf een van de gelukkigen, mijn collega dus minder. Ook onduidelijk gecommuniceerd over parkeerkosten; men biedt het aan zonder erbij te melden dat - met 30 eur voor 8 uur - de duurste parkeeralternatief denkbaar is.

Dit hotel is perfect gelegen voor een par dagen Milaan. Dicht bij het shopping centrum, maar ook de cultuurfreaken zitten hier perfect. Super ontbijtbuffet en ook het restaurant is aan te bevelen na een lange dag op de benen. Een nadeel van het hotel zijn de kamers aan de straatzijde. Enkele beglazing geeft korte nachtrust. 's morgens begint de vuilnisauto al om 05.00u en de 1e tram laat daarna snel van zich horen.

Mooi centraal gelegen. Vijf minuten lopen van de Duomo. Goed bereikbaar per openbaar vervoer vanaf Malpensa Airport (Malpensa Expres en Metro, c. 60 minuten). Prima ontbijtbuffet.

Very pleasant hotel and a great location. The staff were very cordial and accommodating and the room was spacious and well appointed. The location was perfect - 2 blocks from the Duomo so you are within walking distance of many great sights and a short taxi ride to the Central Station.

This hotel is extremely contemporary with the most luxurious and modern bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. The room was very comforatble, although the pillows were a little hard. Internet service was free and good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was way above average and the breakfast was the best I have encountered. It is two blocks from the Duomo, which is the center of Milan and a perfect location for the tourist. A really wonderful hotel.

Although it's in need of renovation, this hotel was pleasant and comfortable--a very good value.

we stayed here for three nights while in Milan and found the staff, comfort and location to be very good. this is mostly a business man hotel downtown near the financial section. BUT its also a few blocks from the Duomo and shopping center. we were able to walk every were and right next to the subway line. would stay here again it was great value for the money.

The hotel is very noisy in the lower floors facing the street. There is a strip club across the street 'Poca Loca', which attracts very noisy crowd, who can keep you awake till 4 am, especially if you are jet lagged.

The only issue I have is their pillows could be a bit softer and the normal don't leave your window open during the warm periods as mosquitoes will invade your room. The location and staff were just outstanding and being a frequent business traveler this is ideal. Will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was just what we were looking for. Perfect location just south of Duomo square. Very spacious room for a European hotel that well accomodated us and our 21-year old daughter for 4 nights without us continually tripping over each other. Room was well laid out to accomodate luggage, etc. without feeling cramped. Bathrooms were actually rather elegant and very functional, with 2 sinks, 1 shower and 1 bath/shower. Room itself and lobby were very tastefully decorated, though it looks like that was some time ago and it is starting to wear a bit. It looks like it was very stylish at the time it was done, but I doubt it would be considered cutting edge for Milan now. Front desk staff was mixed. With one or two of them, I couldn't tell if a restaurant recommendation was genuine or whether it simply reflected an existing arrangement. However, the one restaurant where we ate based on a recommendation was very good. We also were given some misinformation about train schedules that caused us to change our travel plans for the day on the fly, though it fortuitously worked out for the best. Otherwise, staff was quite helpful arranging for tickets and answering our questions. Maid service was quite good. Breakfast was included and was good and plentiful. We did not otherwise eat in the hotel restaurant which seemed to suffer for patrons. Best of all, we got a great bargain by booking on line through hotels.com. I believe that if we had booked otherwise, it would have been at least twice the price.

I spent there a weekend with a friend and I was very happy with the choice of the hotel. Great location, big beds, polite staff. The only bad thing was the pillow. Both my friend and I had problems with the pillows - they were extremely inconvinient and hard to sleep on. Appart from that everything else was great.

This Hotel is in an excellent location, 2 minute stroll to Doumo area / Historic City Centre. Located on a quiet street. Hotel is in excellent condition throughout, staff were friendly and efficient. Stayed in a Superior Room with all mod cons and extras. Buffet Breakfast was fine. Not much in the way of nite life / busy bars in the area. Canal Area suitable for bars / clubs. Plenty of Restaurants / Cafes within a few minutes walk.

The location of this hotel is great , 5 min walk from the Duomo and several metrao stations close by. Fairly expensive 4 star hotel and not impressed by the service: the reception was dry and harsh, had to be told 3x to remove the 3rd bed we did not need...Noisy:our room was right across the lift : very thin walls. Busy

We arrived early to a warm reception, wonderful and clean room, excellent location and also friendly wakeup call for a four am departure. wished we could have stayed longer than 14 hours.

Electricity did not work for several hours. Thank goodness I had just finished showering. Good coffee and decent breakfast

excellent service from arrival to departure only slight downside was ongoing work in hotel, but even workmen were friendly and polite and noise levels were kept to a minimum.

We got a good deal for a triple room. Big, warm and comfortable and not too noisy for (roadfacing) level 3. We did not get our non smoking room but surprisingly, it did not feel or smell terribly like any smoking floor. Complimentary Breakfast spread was good served and early 630-1030. The good location near Duomo and Galleria saved us a bit on transport. Staff was friendly enough and helpful. There were many TV channels but only 3 english business programs. No problem with restaurants nearby and for Asians needing their regular rice meals, there is a Chinese restaurant just around the corner (we also liked the italian Dollaro pizzaria nearby). My only complaint was the lack of an electric kettel or flask to make your own cuppa. Overall, nothing close to a 5 star room but worth its value and lived up to its 4 star rating.

The hotel was pristine. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. It is so accessible, near the Duomo, La Scala and great shops at via Torino. The underground and trams are nearby also.

Good hotel very close to Duomo square. A little hard to find the first time because the road off of Duomo square is under construction. Hotel staff is civil but not overly friendly. Hotel was clean, included internet if you asked for a cable. Breakfast pretty good for a free hotel buffet.

After being cramped in a few other nice but small hotels in Rome and Florence, the room here seemed HUGE! This is an extraordinary hotel with friendly and helpful staff and I would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere as we were very close to the major sites. The staff was extremely helpful. They recommended a great restaurant and even made reservations for us, they speak English well for those who have minimal Italian language skills, and they are overall courteous and want to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

Very convenient location for tourists. We booked a triple room for my husband and I and our daughter. I was worried it might be very crowded but it was a very comfortable size.

It has been a long time since I stayed in a hotel so badly in need of a facelift. What was clearly very cool interior design when originally conceived, would be kitsch and fun today if it were in better condition. Most things were functional, they were simply worn out. Staff was very helpful. Did not try any of the food, except breakfast, which is underground with fluorescent lights. Great location. It is possible I was the victim of the oldest room in the hotel, but I don't have a way of knowing that.

This hotel is an easy walk to all the major attractions, Duomo, Galleria, La Scala. Neightborhood is just OK as it borders busy thoroughfare.

The hotel was beautiful with the best eqipped bathrm I've ever seen. Push buttons for everything--drapes, lights, etc. Only complaint was hard beds and harder pillows.If you like hard pillows, it's great.

Very attentive staff, comfortable rooms, I would recommend this to anyone wanting a great central location in Milan.

Have stayed in several European City Centre Hotels and The Brunelleschi Milan is pretty much like all the rest. The Hotel and the rooms are very clean, but as usual quite small, and the Breakfast is great, huge choice! Hotel could do with a lesson in Customer Service as the staff were a bit misserable but ok! If your going to Milan and just want somewhere to stay thats very close to the Main shopping Centre & only 2 mins walk to the Duomo, then this would be hard to beat!!

Was close to the Duomo and the trendy shops. Safe and easy walk to many interesting sights. Hotel desk clerks were able to suggest good restaurants for dinners.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Milan - just around the corner from the Duomo in the heart of the city. The decor is very dated but it is worth staying here for the location.

Best location for the money. One block from the dome and Galleria. Room was spacious, clean and tidy. Staff was informed, friendly and spoke English. Parking was available through the hotel.

We were blown away by how nice this place was. We had a triple room with was a balcony (which was unexpected) The triple room consisted of 2 twin beds and a single pullout. I thought the beds were a bit on the hard side, but that was pretty standard for Italy. The location was great! Less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. The staff was helpful us arrage travel and transport out of Milan. They spoke English also which was a plus since we spoke almost no Italian. They could have been a bit friendlier but that is also pretty standard in Italy. Our room was very clean and bright. One of the nicer rooms I've stayed at anywhere, not just Italy. Worth the price.

This hotel is well located to the area around the Duomo and La Scala. Staff are extremely helpful; the breakfast provides many choices. This was my second year in a row there and I was once again pleased with the hotel.

My wife and I were very pleased with this hotel. The people were very nice. The service was very good. The room was large, clean and confortable. Best of all the price was good and the location to all the main attractions was excellent.

On arrival we were taken to our pre booked non-smoking room. Alas the room stank of smoke, so had to wait a further 2 hours for another room, and to be quite honest there wasn't alot of difference!! Really shabby room, desperately needs a redecoration and update. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, albiet in the basement with no windows of natural light ... The only good thing about the hotel is the location! And to be fair the size of the room is generous for a central city vacinity ... Do not have a drink in the bar, 11euros for a small gin & tonic! This is a 3 star hotel, not 4 as they advertise!
