UItstekend hotel vlakbij centraal station en diamantbuurt, pal naast een mooi park, ong 15 min lopen naar historisch centrum. Fraai ingerichte kamer, goede service, ook tav onze dochter van 1.5 jr. Parkeren vrij duur, 17 euro per nacht, zelfde prijs als in garage in het centrum. Restaurant(je) onverwacht goed voor de prijs (ong 10 euro voor lunch).

prima hotel, niet in het oude gedeelte van Antwerpen, maar tegenover een park en niet ver van het station. Kamer en ontbijt zijn goed.

gastvrij, goede services oa pakeren op ca. 100m voor weinig. dicht bij centrum en toch rustig met park voor de deur. Kamer (junior suite) was zeer ruim. Extra bed in kamer (kind erbij) geen probleem,

Fabulous little hotel halfway between the train station and the old town, across the road from a delightful park. Funky styled rooms with extremely comfortable beds. A quiet little gem!

The airconditioning in the rooms leaves something to be desired but otherwise, we found the hotel a pleasant place to stay. They were very accommodating in terms of holding our luggage for us a day before we actually checked in. It would have been ncie had they instructed us beforehand how to turn on the lights in the room! One other major complaint - they charged me 15 euro per person for a rather skimpy breakfast that I had thought was included in the cost of the room. I was so upset about this that the second morning, we ate in our room. They tried charging me for a second day's breakfast but I caught them on it. You have to be very careful when they give you the bill for any extras.

Recently changed hands, and undergoing a significant overhaul. Internet connection spotty, business center not yet available, air conditioning underpowered, phone and tv service required multiple trips to front desk to be enabled. When up and running, will be good value for money.

In spite of staying in a renovated room and being upgraded to a junior suite since the first room had no shower curtain, no electrical wall outlet in bathroom for shaver etc., no shelves for toiletries, no towel rails. The worst probelem was the lack of adequate Air Conditioning in all rooms with opressive heat and no ventilation. This made sleeping almost impossible and the stay very uncomfortable. I would go back in the winter b ut certainly not in the summer.

We arrived at 19:30 and the room wasn’t ready (they said they were struggling being fully booked). The room was good (clean and spacious). But anything requiring staff interaction (service at breakfast and checkout) was painfully slow...

Price dictated my choice, this was very cheap in comparison to the location and overall condition of the hotel. Very warm and friendly, staff smoking cigarettes outside the main entrance was a little unprofessional! The room had an excellent view over the park and was very moern and comfortable, it was very hot...I did not manage to see or work out if the AC was functioning...just warm air...in summer it might be an issue. But, price, cannot argue and will definately go again.

the Internet service does not work. Out of honesty they should have declared that before they took the order

Very nice hotel just 15 minute walk from the old square, and 5 minutes from multiple restaurants and so forth. Not far from train station

Very nice hotel and a good room for the money. The room was clean and large enough to accomodate a family of 3.

Bon sejour / tres propre / bon ptit dej / calme. Belle deco des chambres. Seul bémol - parking cher ...

Veldig hyggelig betjening, flott rom og nært til sentralstasjonene.

TV didnt work, Internet didnt work. Staff seem not to care, at all. When I wanted to make a cup of tea, the water boiler was half-filled with light brown water - who knows for how long?! Breakfast was OK, however the service there also worse than you would expect. Location: OK, inner city. I will never go back to Carlton Hotel in Antwerp.

Smoking rooms, and smoking in the hallways makes it smelly. Staff had difficult to answer simple questions.

Non lontana dalla stazione, molto pulita e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
