Redelijk hotel, geen luxe maar voldoende voor een nacht, zwembadwater een beetje koud en geen echte omkleedruimte bij het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel

The hotel is located in Richmond and close to many different things. We didn't fly in, otherwise the airport shuttle would be very helpful too. Hotel is kind old and needs improvement, but was clean. Was a little surprised that the wireless internet was very slow, the hotel could use a moden wireless router, which doesn't really cost much at all. Hotel staffs were very helpful.

Rated very good on a five point scale

The room was functional at best. It hasn't been updated in decades.

we arrived early from out cruise and they got out rooms ready and let us check in early. they also had a airport shuttle to get us to the airport at 5 am. indoor pool for the kids. great for the money

After a long flight from Orlando to Vancouver this hotel was close to the airport and had free shuttle service from the airport. An added convenience was a very good restaurant in the hotel where we had dinner and breakfast. Since we were going on a cruise another plus was the shuttle service to the cruise terminal at $14 per person. We were very please with the hotel. The beds were comfortable too.

...it was quite adequate for our short stay and the low price. Staff was helpful (the suggestion for late night dinner at nearby Moxie's restaurant was a good one) the couple of times we needed to interact with them.

Only stayed one night, but the hotel was perfect for what we needed. We just needed an overnight stay near the Vancouver airport. Hotel and room was clean, employees helpful (arranged for taxi to arrive 6:00AM next morning), and there is a decent attached restaurant. I was a little apprehensive staying here because it was so cheap, but the hotel was fine.

Pool was shockingly cold. Hot tub was warm, but grout was dissolving and not filtered out so the grit was suspended in the water. Had to keep asking for towels. Hallway on sixth floor smelled awful. Room was clean but small. Bathroom fan very inadequate. Some "clean" towels smelled and had stains. The elevators were very shaky. On one occasion the elevator stalled at a floor with the door repeatedly opening and closing for several minutes. We were scheduled to stay for four nights, but canceled the second two and changed our plans because of dissatisfaction with this hotel. The staff was friendly. To the credit of the management, they did refund our second two nights despite the no cancellation policy.

We requested a non-smoking room, but the room still smelled like it had been smoked in. If you don't mind the smell, it's an ok place to stay. The sheets were stained and we'd rather sleep in the car.

everybody in the hotel made our stay very comfortable and made us all very welcome under the circumstances that we were in (son add accicident and we stayed there untill he was fit to travel)

Good clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent place to eat attached to the hotel and only minutes from the airport

The hotel was clean and nice, however it was just too far from downtown Vancouver. it took us over an hour to get downtown, on public transportation. the front desk was nice in giving us bus info.

Room Telephone did not work. Front desk operator could not connect to a local phone line either.Gave up after many futile attempts. Front desk clerk did not reserve early morning transportation to the airport. Many people were held up due to lack of transportation. Chaos at 4 a.m. to find courtesy transportation. Loading/unloading passengers and luggages. Had to make many reminders and requests to the front desk clerk to get taxi You have to go all the way to the lobby to get ice from the higher floors. Magnetic keys to open the room did not work properly. Hotel .com and expedia will be better off not including these type of hotels for customers as they will bound to loose future customers.

Clean,quiet, very basic.

Hotels.com and Travelodge do not communicate. Front desk receptionist took 15 minutes to find my reservation. Furthermore, the price I paid online was disputed. When I arrived at the hotel, I learned that the room was only booked that morning, even though I had booked it online a week ago.

It is great for the money. We flew into airport, got to hotel, changed and attended an evening function. We got to be at 3am and up at 5am for at 7 am flight. It was fine for us. We even had a king size bed. Nice and close to the airport. Something like an $ 11 taxi ride to the hotel and took the shuttle in the morning with only one stop at international as we were taking a domestic flight.

This hotel, overall, wasn't too bad. It was relatively quiet (despite the fact that it is right on the landing path to the Vancouver B.C. airport), though you could really hear the water running through the pipes in the wall when another room turned it on. They have a decent selection of video games, so children could be entertained, and at not too bad a price for an hour. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when you had questions, and it's in a good location to visit shopping centres and the like to while away your time.

das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad auch, alle wichtigen Utensilien für eine Nacht waren vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Weckservice hat geklappt, nur bein Reinkommen in die Lobby empfing mich der Chlorgeruch vom Schwimmbad. Leider nicht zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aber das Essen war ein Fraß. Trotz der verkehrsgünstigen Lage, fand ich es erstaunlich ruhig.

Gratis opsamling i lufthavnen, overraskende stort dobbeltværelse og fint rent badeværelse. Morgenmad ikke inkluderet, men god resturant. Vi var særdeles godt tilfredse med vores valg af hotel.

Wir waren sehr positiv von der grösse des Zimmers überrascht. Einzig der Service an der Reception liess ein wenig zu wünschen übrig; leicht überfordert. Einziger negativer Punkt: Wireless im Zimmer ist kostenpflichtig, nicht aber in der Lobby.

DAs Hotel liegt zentral, super Service für Fluggäste auch die Busverbindung in die City klappt bestens.
