Whistler Village Inn And Suite - Whistler

Very good location but hotel needs some improvement, looks like a little outdated. Also, the free breakfast was dropped for unknown reason.

The hotel is located right in whistler village with easy access to the lifts up to the top of whistler. It was a very nice place to stay! I plan on going back to the same place on my next trips to whistler it was that satisfying.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable, good location, nice outdoor pool. Would have been happy to cook there and have a night in if had stayed for longer, it was a real treat.

This hotel has a great, convenient location to the lift. The room was spacious and we were able to bring our bikes into the room. The bed was hard and flat.

For the money we spent, it is a great hotel. Kitchen is not big but in good condition. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

This hotel was right in the heart of the activity. Easy walking to eating, stores, or the gondolas.

Nice hotel and pool and hot tub. Location is everything from food to coffee to lift access in the heart of Whistler

Very disappointed in hotel because the cable television did not work, light bulbs needed replacements, wall switch exposed as a hazard, and the toilet clogged numerous times. My wife wanted to immediately check-out and find another hotel... but I convinced her to stay since it was cheap (Not a good decision). The Washer/Dryer was broken on our floor so we waited many hours in order to use units on another floor. The elevator broke-down and we had to call the maintenance man so that luggage could be taken to the car. The swimming pool was closed so the children were disappointed. No one was even at the Lobby Desk when we checked-out (Almost missed our flight home while we waited...). Summed-up in one word = Aweful.

The room was fine. However, I stayed 4 days and they were understaffed. There was no maid service, although there was supposed to be. Plan to just use the room as a convenient and inexpensive place to stay while sight seeing in that beautiful part of the world.

This was an outstanding value. We stayed in a "Queen loft Suite" which works perfect for a couple. Pros: - Location! This hotel is right in the village and is in the north part, very close to the Gondolas. - Value: Absolutely couldn't beat the price for what you get. - Free Breakfast: this saved some money and time - Staff were all nice and professional Cons: - The bed is not very comfy...very springy and unforgiving. - The "loft" area, where the queen bed is located is a very small space. No big dresser, no night stands, etc.

If this hotel is part of the hotels of the 2010 Olympics, it needs quite a lot of improvement. The lady at the front desk needs lessons on being friendly with the guests when they arrive and smile once in a while and not be a grouch. The room was not clean, there was litter on the floor and empty bottles of water by the bed. The carpeting was wet, the room smelled of mold, and the bathroom floor was dirty. For the amount we paid we expected a room which was clean.

Ich habe einen muffigen Geruch im Zimmer wahrgenommen. Der Geruch kam aus dem Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster (nur einen Lüfter, der offensichtlich oft aus ist) und die Badewanne hatte eine Gardine, die muffig war. Das habe ich mitgeteilt. Es ist dennoch nichts passiert. Ein Tag kam kein Zimmerservice. Am nächsten Tag habe ich das nachmittags gemeldet, weil ich kein Klopapier mehr hatte...Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet...
