Our first trip to NYC. We had a one bedroom suite. The room was great. Only bad thing is the fold out bed was not comfortable. Good location, and comfortable king bed in the bedroom. I would stay there again!

The metropolitan suite was very clean and comfortable. It has obviously been redone fairly recently and exceeded my expectations for the price we paid. The hotel is in an ideal location.. literally across the street from Carnegie Hall. Here's the catch... we got a phone call from the hotel management inviting us to explore their time share options. For our time they would give us a $100 gift card and $50 meal voucher to a local restaurant. We figured why not. They say it takes 90 minutes and they mean it. They really put the hard sell on you. They want a decision by the end of the presentation. We did not buy but the experience of saying "No" over and over was a bit tiresome and I'm not sure it was worth the gift.

perfect location if you are taking in a show at Carnegie Hall or feel like spending some time enjoying Central Park.

At a recent stay at the Manhattan Club I was surprised and pleased with the room. The rate was good and the room, extremely pleasant. the specific room I was in was on the hotel portion of the property, which is the lowest floor of rooms. The rest of the place is a time share, and one of the few that I would actually consider after my stay. The room was comfortable and of slightly larger than average for New York. Pleasant staff, rooms were cleaned in a very timely fashion. The worst thing that I could say was the room was on a low floor so offered no spectacular views. Otherwise, the linens and bed were very nice, a fabu bathroom that I wish I had fixture that good. I would recommend and hope to stay on my next trip.

We actually wished we had the time to stay another couple nights. Only had one night booked. The room was good, clean, not overly small-comfy bed - excellent shower-had microwave (with popcorn in residence) and frig for wine etc. and close to lots of things; theatres, movies, museums, small groceries, small or large restuarants. We like to walk and did a lot of it. I would go back.

Front Desk help acted as if there was too much for them to do to satisfy the customer. Had to get a security staff to get our room keys when it was available because the front desk clerk could be bothered. Sets the tone of our stay there.

Be aware no heat or AC in season change

The room was relatively small, but considering the location and the price I would recommend it to family and friends.

After reading some of the reviews, I had some concern on what to expect. But upon arriving, I was very pleased. Once I got to the room, again, very pleased. Small by US standards, but having traveled in Europe, very European style. The room, staff and location was perfect. In fact have already recommended to several friends.

The room was excellent. The service was zero. Check in was delayed, no in room movies, and house keeping did not want to bother to help even with the smallest issue.

Very nicely arranged. Two bathrooms and two separate sleeing/living areas. Kitchenette. Very close to shopping and theater district.

Great place, perfect location, clean, friendly, we will stay there our next trip.

This one bedroom suite was more than accomodating for two friends who love to vist NYC on an annual basis! All new equipment in the workout room was an unexpected surprise! The refrigerator, microwave, and diswasher are wonderful for leftovers from our favorite restaurants and for breakfast before touring the city. Can't say enough about having two bathrooms. We will be sure to return!

I was overall satisfied with this hotel (The Manhattan Club) we had toured this hotel as part of a time share promotion in 2001 and thought that the room I reserved was the full suite, it was not it was the executive suite which was a little smaller and did not have a full kitchen or private bedroom. Overall it was sufficient for our needs, but I did expect the larger room so we were a little disappointed. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was very good.

More elevators, give the customers the room or at least something comprable to the room that is shown on the internet, better hoskeeping, more informed staff

The service was outstanding, rooms were very clean and spacious! I will certainly make this hotel my first choice when I return to New York!

The Manhattan Club is excellent in location (between Times Square and Central Park), the room was clean, the service (from Marie) was great and the Hotels.com professional that answered my call to book (the night before my stayed) was very kind and outstanding in the hotel description. I do highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great Hotel. Excellent location. The suite was roomy and the 2 bathrooms were great for 3 woman getting ready. Elevators were not bad at all. (read the elevators were slow). I would stay again. Excellent price for NY.

The service staff were rather arrogant and not responsive to our needs. We were sent to our room in a freight elevator. They ran out of pillows and didn't even have the courtesy of getting back to us to let us know. It was upon our third request that they informed us they had no more pillows-after waiting almost an hour. On the positive side the room was very nice and while not large was very well equipped.

The Manhattan Club is an outstanding value for families. The one bedroom suite has two bathrooms and two tv's, which is a bonus, plus a European kitchen which cuts down on having to dine out for every meal. It is very centrally located, and there is no need to take a cab any where. The next time I come to New York, I will definitely be staying here.

Ett riktigt toppen hotell mitt i smeten av Manhattan!! 5 min gångavstånd till Central Park och ca 7 min till Time Square. Hade inte väntat oss sååå bra standard eftersom priset var väldigt bra. Vi var tre tjejer som bokade rummet Metropolitan svit i två veckor. Rummet var toppen förutom bäddsoffan där jag fick sova:( Det fanns filtar på rummet som jag la under lakanet för att få "sängen" lite mjukare. Vi hade eget badrum och eget pentry med micro och kylskåp. Ett tips är att handla hem sin egen frukost... frukost ute är ganska så dyrt!! Badrummet var super fräscht och städningen på rummet var toppen!
