Hotel Indigo London-Paddington - Londen

We just spent four days at the Indigo and had a great stay. The room was pretty tiny, but looked as if it had never been used before - I specifically loved the fact that the paint on the walls looked immaculate - I have a weak point for such things. Staff told us they're a new hotel that has been opened less than a year ago. The location is great as well: just around the corner from Paddington Station and only a few minutes away from Hyde Park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to London, and if I would plan a new trip to London I would return for sure!

The Hotel itself was beautiful. Clean from head to toe. However, since I was staying for one night I opted for the smaller room. I could hardly move. I tripped over the door stub three times and hurt myself. There was no place to put my suitcase so I ended up having to jump over it any time I wanted to leave the room/go to the bathroom/get into bed. The window did not open and the room was unbelievably hot. I would have expected a tad more room for the price payed. However, the over all stay was generally enjoyable and the staff were very respectful, cheery, and helpful.

Fantastic price for the quality and atmosphere. Free Wireless Internet and it's fast, not dial up speed like some hotels who offer free wireless internet. The cafe inside the hotel is awesome. I wanted to eat lunch and dinner there every day. You can wake up, have a coffee, espresso, latte, whatever, without ever leaving the hotel. Although the rooms are somewhat small, they are so nice that you don't feel too cramped. The shower is great too. Feels like a waterfall over your head rather than a weak trickle coming out from the wall. There's a desk for your laptop so I had a great workspace. The staff is very nice and the hotel theme was really great.

great location, very fine linnen and great room.

I found this hotel looking for hotels near Paddington Station. It is very close to the station and an easy walk - perfect for using the Heathrow Express. On a Tuesday morning we left the hotel a few minutes after 9AM and we were at our check-in stand in Terminal 4 by 10 AM. Very convenient. The rooms are quite small but nicely appointed. The shower and bathroom were excellent and the wi-fi is free. Our only disappointment was that we had requested a twin bedded room and got a room with a single queen sized bed. OTOH we only mad our reservation a few days in advance. I would recommend this hotel and thought that for London it was a good value

I travel a ton. Convenience is key as is a clean and welcomiong environment-I had two great nights at the Indigo!! The staff were top notch and rooms were just perfect for my business needs!

What a wonderful hotel, modern, staff really helpful and friendly, hotel room spotless and welcoming, a really, really, really great hotel, if i had to say one negative thing it would be that the food served in the restaurant could have been a bit warmer, thats all and if thats my only complaint then thats testimonial to a great hotel, specially reading some of the reviews for other hotels in London.

From the moment you walk into the hotel you know it will be good, the reception is welcoming and so are the staff. The room is beautifully presented although rather small but the bed is really comfortable and the shower is superb. The breakfast one of the best in London for the price

Nous avons sejourné en septembre. L'hotel est à quelques mètres de la gare Paddington et des transports à commun. Très pratiques pour le sejour. L'accueil fut agréable et les chambres propres et conformatables. Une bonne adresse à conserver pour un prochain sejour sur Londres.

Fantastiskt mysigt hotell. Bra service både i reception och i resaturangen. Små rum men mycket mysiga. Bra läge både till shopping och tunnebana. Prisvärt.
