Informatievoorziening had wat beter gekund. Wij wilden met openbaar vervoer naar Hamilton en Toronto. Bij de balie niet zo goed geholpen. Wel door koffiejuffrouw (aanwezig in breakfastroom). Breakfast overigens zeer goed en uitgebreid. Avond voor vertrek een taxi besteld. Door balie-medewerker gesjoemeld. Geen echte taxi gekregen, maar een bevriende snorder (er zat geen meter in de auto) Overigens normale tarief betaald voor de rit. Voor de rest niets dan lof. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en prima kamers en nette badgelegenheid en toilet. Conclusie: Goed hotel voor een nette prijs

This was my first visit to Ontario. The hotel is in a great location, directly off of the QEW and is only a short drive to food,banks,and gas stations as well as the GO train station(which you will want to take if you are going to Toronto). Where this hotel really shines, is the staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and seemed to actually care about their guests. The room was clean, rather large, and comfortable. If I am in the area again, I know where to stay.

I expected to be in an average hotel and this one definetly exceeded my expectations. The room was larger then I expected, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was shiny and the countertop was huge - not one of these places you can barely find a space for your toothbrush. All the extras you can think of were there - from the lotion and hair dryer to the selection of coffees and teas ans iron with ironing board. Shower massage head was just what doctor ordered after the long day. The hotel is right by the highway exit but I did not hear any highway noise at all (my windows were not on the highway side but still...) Toronto is only 25 min away. The area felt safe. Breakfast was good, the breakfast room nice and clean. The staff smiley and happy to help - I felt well treated. I will definetly come back again!

Nice hotel in good location. Close to shopping district of Oakville and to expressways. Room A/C wasn't great as the room felt 'sticky' or humid even though the A/C was on.

All personnel were helpful and when asked questions about local items (cost of gas, best way to reduce phone costs, and the like) all were helpful, and reasonably accurate. On a previous trip when Airline had lost luggage, the staff provided almost all personal items I needed until it arrived, as well as accepted my luggage and called me as soon as it arrived. This time, I left some clothes accidentally but will be returning again in a week or two and when I called them and explained things they simply gathered things together in a bag and will keep it until the next time I am up there. Overall, a very satisfying experience. I have been there three times so far and will plan to stay there any time I must travel to Toronto, even for personal business.

Hotel and staff excelent;staff friendly ,hotel neat and tidy.

My wife and I took a weekend trip to Toronto and were looking for a hotel to stay at in the downtown area. We couldn't justify the high prices for the location, so we decided to stay at an affordable hotel outside the city. We loved the one other Country Inn we stayed at (in Virginia) so we felt very good about booking this hotel. All our expectations were met or exceeded. The hotel was in a very convenient location in a nice area with suburban shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is undergoing some renovation including all new carpet. We loved the free continental breakfast and complimentary newspapers and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable hotel that is only a short drive (about 20 minutes) from downtown Toronto.

The non smoking room smelled a little purfumey (as if to cover up smoke smell) but overall very clean .Would stay again

While I was staying on the hotel, the personnel staff were friendly and the room are big,clean and no odor.

Good all round hotel, loved the room. Air conditioned so could not open the windows. Some staff struggled with English but still tried and weren't rude at all. The breakfast is more than a continental as advertised.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with our bathroom and they promptly moved us to another room and asked if they could help us with the move. We traveled with our 2 year old boy and he loved the free cookies! Breakfast was great too (the 'make your own' waffles was a great feature). We chose this hotel location because we wanted somewhere outside Toronto but with easy access to the city. The hotel was less than 5 minutes drive from the train station and the train ride in to Toronto was about half an hour, so it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and room were nice and clean. They allowed us to check in early so we could drop off our luggage. The hotel was just off the QEW and a easy drive to downtown Toronto. The front desk gave us good directions and a map of downtown. Breakfast was good they had the usual continental breakfast fare plus waffles. I would stay here again.

Great hospitality, friendly, courteous, helpful, just real nice people. We use this hotel every time we are in the area.
