SpringHill Suites Chicago O'Hare by Marriott - Chicago

We didnot get the room we reserved, the room looked very shabby. We have stayed in SpringHill NY and were extremely satisfied with the room. We would not stay at SpringHill Chicago again.

We stayed in a room with 2 double beds. The mattresses were not as comfortable as the king mattress from our last stay but was not a problem. Very quiet. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. The one thing I would like to see is newspapers available on site rather than having to walk down the block to buy one.

This room was amazing! I've never stayed in such a comfortable room before. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The staff at the SpringHill Suites really go above and beyond each day. They are incredibly polite and service oriented. I was very impressed and will certainly stay at this hotel again.

we stayed at this hotel while visiting our son who lives near Lincoln Square. Hotels are scarce in this area so we decided to take I90 North to the hotel. We were very pleased with the size of our hotel room and the comfortable bed. The floor was very quiet. The breakfast area comfortable. The exercise room well equiped. We will stay at this hotel again.

Clean hotel, loved the room, & the free breakfast every morning was great!!!

The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were modern and very clean, and the breakfast was good. The only complaint I have was the location; the nearest train station was a dangerous 1/2 mile walk away (no crosswalks at busy intersections).

We went to Chicago for a weekend getaway. The hotel was amazing very comfortable and accomodating. They have down pillows and I am allergic to feathers, the front desk located cotton filled pillows for me. Very sound proof. We didn't hear our neighbors or the planes. We also were not bothered by housekeeping in the wee hours of the morning which is nice. Would not recommend ordering from thier recommended restaurants that deliver to the hotel unless you want a 40.00 pizza. Otherwise we were very impressed and happy with the stay and absolutely no complaints.

The service was fantastic in all aspects. All of the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed on New Years' night and got a very good rate of hotels.com. We have stayed here before and this hotel is always a good value for a family on pleasure or businessman traveling alone. Location near, but not right at the airport with its traffic and noise is good as well.

Our flight out of O'Hare got canceled and we needed somewhere to spend the night. Springhill had very convenient shuttle service and warm comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast was also much appreciated.

Was close to a function I was attending and was reasonably priced. Remodeling going on did not affect my stay.

Parking is available by valet only, but thankfully it is complementary. The knob on the bathtub spout was locked and so we could not take a shower until maintenance came through and repaired it. Also, a cold rush of air could be felt from the windows by the bed. The room thermostat had only three options: warmer, off & cooler. Rather hard to set and maintain a comfortable temperature with only those settings.

parking was a mess, hotel clerks not on same page as valet parkers almost missed my flight due to their incompetence.

nice and helpful staff, we can really recommend this hotel as it is very close (a 10 minute's walk) to the blue line which takes you to the loop and all the other attractions: breakfast is excellent

We had a great stay and their continental breakfast was wonderful, better than others. We liked the way the room was set up, it was nice...especially if you are planning on relaxing in your room part of your stay. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly.

My friend and I chose to stay here for a one night trip where we only needed a place to lay our head for the night. I think this was a great hotel for that purpose. If one was planning a longer trip I would recommend staying closer to the city. The location of the train station is not the best but it is within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean and a great value. The continental breakfast was GREAT, especially with hungry children. It took about 8-10 minutes to drive to downtown Chicago and very conveniently located to the freeway.

Good value for money

The shuttle service from O'Hare to the hotel was a 'bust'. We waited 45 minutes for a shuttle that never appeared. Finally our son who was on his way to meet us at the hotel came to the airport and rescued us. When we talked to the front desk upon arrival, they had no explantion nor did they have an apology. We have stayed here two other times and would recommend this hotel but we were disappointed in their response to the issue of the shuttle.

I loved the hotel. For me the location was perfect, close to where I needed to go and easily accessed. The morning breakfast bar surpassed those I've encounterd in the past. My only disappointment in the size of the room. I was lead to believe the room was a suite with a kitchen, dinning area seperate from the bedroom. This was not really the case, yes they were seperate but not in the sence of privacy also the space tho beautifuly decorated was quite small. My greatest disappointment in the hotel was their preplanning of rooms for special needs people. I had oxygen tanks and a in-room concentrator delivered to the hotel prior to my stay and was given a room that was at the furthest end of the hall from the elevators. Yes I could have complained and hope to have my room changed but I figured with the huge convention we were attending, my odds were slim.

Outstanding Hotel. The breakfast bar was superb. I did not need to eat again until evening. The room was very clean and the HVAC kept the room at a very even temperature,

Location was grear for my needs and the breakfest was nice.

The breakfast was good, but the pool was small and there was no hot tub. The sheets didn't stay on the bed. The room was nice, but expensive...

Rooms were large and nicely furnished. Breakfeast was excellent.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance to the "L". The staff was friendly and very helpful. Check-in and check-out took less than 5 minutes each. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding; an actual hot breakfast with lots of choices, not just danish and coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I plan to stay there again the next time I'm in Chicago!

Great room for the price we paid. Breakfast in the morning was nice and had a varity of items to choose from. Close to Blue Line train and within walking distance to good restaurants. Felt safe. Staff not very helpful with directions and knowledge of places in the area. Disappointed when given the wrong directions which cost us to be late to the Cubs game. Room was very nice, clean and spacious.

Great room and close to downtown. My family really enjoyed the Continental Breakfast, make your own waffles was the favorite. Ate at the attached Outback Steakhouse and had a great experience there also. Pool is not very large for the size of Hotel, very crowded when we were there and very loud because of the enclosed space.

This is a very nice hotel for the cost. I had a large, clean room and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. It is within walking distance of the blue line and there is a shuttle every half hour that can take you to the blue line station at O'Hare. It is about a 45 min. train ride to downtown but they are making improvements on the blue line to speed up travel. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Also, parking is free and I had no trouble finding a space.

This was an excellent choice of hotel. It was conveniently positioned in conjunction with sightseeing, attractions and local necessities. I highly recommend this establishment

The room is very comfortable, and the main reason I like it .
