good hotel, good value. only problems was thi hotel was away from restaurants. The hotel inspite of being well maintained looks old. Liked swimming pool,free breakfast and free parking

Not great but not bad

I've stayed at dozens of hotels and this ranks as perhaps the worst. There is absolutely no sound-proofing in the room. I can hear everything next door loud and clear, from conversations to TV to the guy's snoring. I couldn't sleep because of the neighbor's snoring; when was the last time you had that happen in a hotel?? The room and hallway were dirty; it probably hasn't been repainted in decades. The ceiling has water stains. The walls are filthy The pipes are noisy. The toilet ran all the time, so I had to turn off its water then turn it on just before I flushed. The carpet is dirty and probably original 1970s stuff. I asked for N/S and got a smoking room. The neighborhood is a Toronto ghetto. There's very little good about this place. I'm trying to thnk of something good but can't. Well, I guess the checking out part was good.

The stay was fair nothing special. Not the best location to access the freeways the parking lot was very dark i was aproached by a person wanting money, the doors say they are locked after dark ,(they were never locked we didnt feel safe at night till the room door was locked). The breakfest was not encluded as stated. The pool was nice but there was not enough seats ( 8 total seats for the pool area). The room was fair but in need of repair, (our room was missing an electrical box cover and the ceiling was cracked all over). The room was clean encluding the bathrooom. Over all we would look else where to stay. One more thing there was no charge for parking at this hotel.

Good hotel for the money, they were friendly and were able to get us a crib and refridgerator

This hotel was fairly new and appreciated the facilities and parking. Staff were accomodating and friendly.

Hotel needs some general maintenance both interior and exterior. But, other than that, a very comfortable stay in a nice property

Comfortable, Clean, and friendly staff.. I will be staying there again..

The hotel claims to have internet access in their rooms and it does not work and they were unwilling to ghet someone to fix the problem. I had to use my computer in their back office. They were also unwilling to give me a discount, they said since I purchased through Hotels.com they could not do it. They offered a free breakfast or 50% off next stay but I would not stay there. Also, they are in the midst of renovations which made things more inconvenient.

Restaurant foods was good. Breakfast bar was very disapointing. Pool needs to be maintained. Hallways were noisy at night.

The hide a bed was a great surpruse becasue we thought we would have to get a roll away for our third person. It was decently comfortable and the king bed was okay too. My only complaint was the breakfast. The "continental" breakfast was rolls and toast. The hot breakfast was 5.95 more and the eggs were like soup. Also the sausage was cold and so were the potatoes. It was NOT worth the extra money. For 5.95 we could have gone to Denny's.

Rooms need remodel - no ventillation working - lamps falling apart - electrical outlets need replacement - surrounding neighborhood is not safe

Very nice lobby and rooms. Decent service, not the friendliest but decent. Kind of bad location for downtown toronto travelers.

Petits déjeuners continentaux peu de choix mais correct

Es war nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück fand ich nicht so toll. Bei den Marmeladen war immer nur Gelee zu haben. Daß es keinen Käse gab ist leider, so glaube ich, typisch kanadisch

Otelin halılarının acilen degismesi veya cok iyi temizlenmesi lazım.
