Hotel de la Treille - Rijsel

Het hotel was gelegen naast de parkeergarage vieux lille.15 euro voor 24 uur parkeren. Van daaruit alles te voet bereikbaar.Leuk platsoen achter hotel naast kathedraal. Wij hadden zeer stille kamer, vogeltjes fluiten achterzijde hotel, maar wel warm en veel trappen lopen. Voor een toeristisch verblijf van 1 -2 nachten vinden wij dat geen probleem. Ontbijt was simpel maar goedkoop (6 euro)

De kamer was netjes , maar klein. Lekkere douche. Geen uitzicht. Beperkt ontbijt. Keurige en vriendelijke bediening. Perfecte locatie, tussen het oude Lille en het stadscentrum in. Goed bereikbaar en een niet te dure parkeergarage op 50 meter afstand (14 euro per dag)

I stayed at Hotel de la Treille for just a night, and would venture to say that the hotel deserves at most 2.5 stars instead of 3. While the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the toilet was of a good size and style (granite/marble tops), furnishings were very basic (e.g. hanging rod, no wardrobe; nonewithstanding the flatscreen TV) and the room was small in size (so that the bed took up most of the space). But the real problem was the lack of sound-proofing and thing walls, such that we could clearly hear footsteps and voices in the corridor (a real pain when the occupants of the neighbouring room were up and about making a din at 7am), and worse still, the distinct sound of WATER running through the pipes in the walls (on several occasions I thought I'd left the tap on!!) whenever someone turned a tap on next door/upstairs/downstairs. This really hampered our sleep!

Very well located value hotel. Small rooms but clean with friendly staff. Underground parking out the front init.

Overlooking a beautiful church, right in the middle of "Old Lille" this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. All the attractions are accessible by foot from the hotel, it is surrounded by quaint shops, unique restaurants and cafes and has a charm in keeping with where it is located. The hotel staff were very helpful and could speak a number of languages, the rooms were bright and comfortable and the breakfast room provided a decent breakfast far cheaper than any restaurants near by. All in all a great place that i would go back to in an instant.

The room we stayed in was small for a double. It is alright to stay in for one night or two max considering the location.

This was an excellent hotel for the price. It was located close to everything and the staff was friendly and helpful. In addition they spoke English, which helped because my French is not good.

Clean and in a great location in old Lille - would definately go back.

Hotel de la Treille is well maintained and has an excellent location in the old town of Lille. The staff are welcoming and efficient. I will definitely go back as Lille itself is an interesting city.

We stayed ony one night as we were passing through. The hotel location is very convenient. Parking is close by if you arrive with a car and you can explore the wonderful old part of this town by foot rigth from your hotel door. There are also many nice little restaurants within walking distance, which altogether made for a memorable evening.

Having arrived later than anticipated due to a train breakdown, we were greeted smilingly and efficiently. Our only problem was that the room we were allocated could not be reached by lift therefore carrying a heavy suitcase upstairs was difficult but Madame very kindly helped. Our room overlooked the Notre Dame and was very pleasant, though we would have appreciated more pillows. Breakfast was very good value and if visiting Lille again we would book this Hotel.

Lovely Hotel with beautifully clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly amd welcoming staff and in a perfect position for visiting Lille. Good breakfast served at convienient times. Overall hard to beat, we shall certainly return.

the hotel was pleasant but it was unfortunate that refurbishing of some rooms was in progress which meant that some mornings work men began banging and moving carpet. it was in a great location close to all the sight seeing attractions. staff were reasonably helpful but could speak good english.

The best feature of the hotel was its location, right in the centre of the historic old town. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the busy street so there was a fair amount of street noise which tended to interrup sleep, plus the bedroom was very hot and the window was difficult to keep open because of the net curtains getting in the way. The bathroom was nice and large. My main complaint with the room was the lack of a mirror - only one in the bathroom. Our deal didn't include breakfast but we could have paid 6 euros each to have it, however there were nicer, cheaper places to have breakfast in the area. All things considered, I would stay here again because of the location.

The Hotel de la Treille makes no pretentions to grandeur but it is brilliantly situated in the heart of 'vieux Lille', with all the sites and most of the interesting bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are modest but perfectly comfortable, and everything works. I would happily stay there again.

Within pretty easy walking distance of the train station. Right downtown with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and old Lille.

A lovely hotel right in the heart of Lille. Safe secure underground car park 50 yards from the hotel if you go by car. Perfect location a short walk from the best parts of Lille and well served by buses if you want to go further afield. Superb choice of restarants close to hotel.

Room was clean, neat and well maintained. (room was small but it's typical of many European Hotels) Staff was accomodating, pleasant and understood English. Hotel is very convienient to local restaurants, the center of "old Lille", and the train stations. The hotel sits on a cobblestone road in a lovely section of Lille. Rolling your luggage or walking along the cobblestone streets could be a bit tricky if you're older. We loved it(we're in our 50's)and would stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Hotel in an excellent and attractive position in Vieux Lille. Double room was rather too small for 2 people, but otherwise good. Nice to have a balcony.

This is a great little hotel in the heart of lille, with great views, friendly staff and a good value breakfast. This hotel would not fail to impress on a romantic trip away as its charm fits in well with the surrounding area. only negative for me is that it could be hard to find as it is on one way system in central lille. Parking is near and a on arival directions to it are simple.

Très bon accueil. Très bon emplacement car situé dans le vieux Lille. La chambre était petite mais propre. Le prix du pétit déjeuner nous a été proposé à 4 euros au lieu des 11.

Hotel bien situé dans le coeur du vieux Lille, acceuil sympatique , chambre propre et confortable, restaurants a proximité.

Confort digne d'un 1 étoile. Je déconseille à toutes les personnes pensant trouver le confort d'un 3 étoiles à petit prix.

un séjour de deux jours en plein vieux Lille. Idéalement situé, accueil très agréable et propreté irréprochable. Hôtel à conseiller. Seul petit bémol, les chambres sont assez petites et le wifi est payant.

Si nous devions revenir à lille,sans hesitation nous y retournions à cet hotel pour son ensemble de prestations.

Hotel situé en plein coeur du vieux Lille, les chambres sont propres et confortables, le personnel souriant. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner à 11€, très cher alors que seuls les "basiques" sont proposés. J'yretournerais sans hésiter!

L'hôtel se situe dans le vieux Lille et est donc central. Le rapport prix - qualité me semble très bien (mais ça reste toujours une estimation subjective selon les moyens que l'on a et des hôtels dont a l'habitude). Moi, j'étais très contente par les chambres ainsi que par le personnel.

Un seul point très positif: la situation de l'hôtel en plein coeur de la vieille ville de Lille. Si vous recherchez un hôtel bien situé, avec restaurants et loisirs au pied de l'hôtel, alors n'hésitez pas, foncez. Mais en contre partie, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles, chambre minuscule, salle de bains désuette de tout confort, prestations et services minimal. En conclusion, malgrè sa situation parfaite dans Lille, cet hôtel est bien trop cher et surclassé par rapport à son niveau de prestations.

bon accueil,personnel trés serviable,hôtel trés bien situé permettant de se déplacer dans le centre de Lille sans problémes. seul inconvénient, chambres un peu étroites.
