We enjoyed our stay. The fridge was a nice touch. A microwave would have completed the room. The staff was very helpful. the room was very quiet and no noise could be heard throughout the night.

Choose this airport hotel for three nights as I like to ease into my holiday. On a flydrive and my plans were to take in Huntsville, Kingston, Niagara and finish off in Downtown Toronto. I wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of Downtown Toronto straight away but be close enough to Canada's Wonderland for the family. Reasonably priced, staff very helpful. Had breakfast a couple of mornings. OK, not the best but convenient at the time.

Hany to the airport meant i could freshen up before my meeting. For what I paid i thought the room was great - not the newest, but clean, well equipped and comfortable. The steak at the bar was fantastic... and the bar manager there was a great guy too. Would recommend without hesitation and i'll definately be back

I stay at this hotel because the cheap car rental company I use is next door, so if I have an early flight I can handle the car return at night. And the pool is a decent size for a small hotel. Otherwise, this property is perfectly fine, but utterly unremarkable. Note that it is located on the back edge of Pearson Airport, rather a long way from the terminals. The free shuttle, while serviceable, runs only every 40 minutes and must be reserved the night before. The hotel's location allows for convenient access to Mississauga's main shopping mall via surface streets, which is good since the freeways are frequently clogged. There are a number of restaurant options in the area, including a decent late-night deli less than a block away. This hotel is a surprisingly convenient option for the final night in Toronto, and a good value overall.

I was hesitant to book this room for such a good price but was so glad that I did. Stay five days in family of four. The hotel did exceed my expectations. PROS 1. The location is great. Close to the airport and yet not in direct path of landing jets. Very easy to find and to access main thoroughfare. 2. The neighborhood was great. Subway restaurant, Zoom Car Rental and cafe in parking lot. Gas station is next door. 3. Hotel property is well kept, clean and nicely decorated. 4. Plenty of elevators. I was surprised at the amount for such a small property. 5. Free airport shuttle was great for early flight. We turned in our rental car the night before, so we didn't have to worry about this in the morning. 6. Hotel responded instantly to maintenance concerns. CONS 1. Insufficient parking. Each evening we feared receiving a ticket or being towed for parking in no-parking zone. 2. Insufficient safety boxes. Each day we asked and were told that they were all filled. Dreaded having to tour the city with all our passports and valuables with us. 3. The room's air condition was loud and busted our butts everyday trying to get the cold to stay on. 4. Pool is too small and water was not heated. Did have a hot tub though. 5. No laundry facilities. After four days the dirty clothes really piled up. TIPS 1. Rent from Zoom Rental. Its right at hotel and convenient. 2. Have a GPS to get around quickly. No attractions or shopping nearby. 3. Remember to book hotel shuttle the day before. 4. Return to hotel early in evening in order to catch a vacant parking spot.

only for the stay the price is good.. nothing great about the hotel. the rooms are clean and comfortable. the corridors are very very very suffocating . there is no clean air circulation.. couldnt even stand for the lift for 5 mins.. the htoel staff when we checked in were friendly, the morning staff was a little grumpy not a smile on the face.. the breakfast was good.. for 10 bucks buffet eat all you want, lot of variety and was better than a la carte menu.. the waiter was kind of loud and was a little overpowering.. the coffee was good, breakfast was also the same, eggs, scrambled, bacon, fruits, sausage, toast, cereal, ham, pancakes, the tea and coffee was xtra. on the whole k for a quick in and out kind of stay..

I was very satisfied customer, the only beef I had was about the AC, it should be quieter and have more options. Now it was either loud or louder or high blow or even higher blow. I am very aware that the problem is quite widespread..

The overall hotel itself seem very nice, and was kept very clean. When problem seemed to arrise the staff struggled taking care of them. The room was booked for 1 king bed (Including on the paper i signed at the front desk on arrival). When I arrived in the room it had two double beds. I called the front desk and was told there we no more rooms with kings. When trying to sign onto the internet, had to call the front desk three time the first night, and twice the second night to get correct passwords. When arriving back to the room the second night the key cards did not work. We had to go back to the front desk three times to get them fixed correctly.

When checking in Front desk agent lied about availability of shuttle service. He says no shuttle was available and I should take a taxi. The following morning another agent place me on shuttle quite easily. I think the gentlman was trying to arrange business for his taxi associates. Thats a shame!!

No one spoke very clear english. It was hard to understand the staff. The hotel was under major construction and maintenance. The room was clean and the shuttle service was prompt. My room key did not work. Overall, good for the price but don't expect nicities.

The only service missing was help with my baggage. Other than that, the clerks were very courteous, the room veery comfortable, my morning call was on time, and the buffet breakfast was convenient, ample and good at a reasonable price. I would stop there again if I have reason to go to Toronto.

Got to hotel one hour after check in and room still was not ready. Had to wait 20 minutes untill room was cleaned. Got into the room and the cups in bathroom still had drinks from last guest. There was black hair all over the floor in bathroom. The rooms bedding and decorations were nothing at all like the pictures and appeared to been thrown together fast and not clean right. Had to get another room that was not dirty. The new rooms air condition did not work stay around 80 in the room. Decided to just stay put and deal with the heat. Front desk did not understand english that well.

the hotel room was adequate and the tv provided was good. all the vending machines were empty and there are no shops nearby. the reception staff wernt very friendly if im honest. not what we expect from european receptions. i would use again if needed to stay at airport and price was right

THE AIR CONDITIONING IN OUR ROOM SEEMED LIKE IT WASN'T WORKING. I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HOT IT WOULD BE DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS. WE WERE THERE IN MAY ON A DAY OF 27C WITH ALOT OF HUMITY AND THE ROOM WAS VERY WARM. THE HALLWAYS WERE FREEZING. THEY NEED TO ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE. I LIKED THE ACCESS TO THE COMPUTER, THE DINING WAS GOOD AND HOTEL WAS CLEAN. LOCATION WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.

Reserved king room but given two doubles, told that was because we booked off cheap reservation website--did get non-smoking as requested and that was more important; room key had to be reset every night; next to airport but didn't hear the planes in the room; other than bed size reserved and key issue, had great service and pleased with stay...very courteous staff and very clean hotel. No-fee parking on-site. Restaurant had great food.

Very nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Friendly and efficient staff. But if I went with the kids, the pool would be too small. I went swimming and the water smelled like paint and chlorine mixed together. I did not spend much time in the pool area because of that. Too bad. Everything else was great.

The negative reviews written about this hotel were right on the money. I suspect the positive reviews were written by hotel management to upgrade the truthful negative reviews being posted. The biggest single problem with the hotel is not enough staff to handle basic hotel service functions such as check in/check out and airport shuttle. During my stay, there was one driver and one desk clerk. Both did exemplary work, however they were overwhelmed by the number of guests needing attention.

Desk personnel did not advise that a person had to reserve a spot on the airport shuttle. There is a sign off to the side stating that, however. We called when we got to our room and asked about the shuttle and then learned that our preferred time to go wasn't available. The "bus" was booked.

try havng pop and treats in the vendind maching. they we empty for days, not to mention did not work...the pool was soooooo cold that my 10 year old would not go in , and she is like a fish to water, loves swimming. the counter staff was not very nice and after every day Ihad to have my door card reswiped

My visit was for business travel and the accomodations were okay, but I will not stay here again when I visit Toronto. There was a dead fly in the bathroom on the valet tray with the ice bucket. The bed and pillows were very uncomforatable. The room was extremely cold and it took a while for the heat to start working, but once it did, it worked great. All of the drains in the bathroom were very slow and you took a shower in a mini pool of bathwater. The toilet was very noisy after using the bathroom. I had to close the door to quiet the noise. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and housekeeping cleaned the room very well after my first day of stay. Some hotels are rated low, but the rooms are great. This was truly a 2.5 rated hotel. I'll spend the company's extra dollars for comfort the next time around.

Wake up call did not happen, when checked in the morning was not on record even tho was assured by night clerk that it was all set up, backup alarm in the room did not function either, could have missed a plane. Shuttle did not leave on time for airport, shuttle took 1 hr to pick up at the airport even tho phone operator said it was in airport location.

I'd recommend staying here if you need to get to the airport early the next day. It's very nice, the room was surprisingly big. Check-in was a long process and they weren't clear about how to access the free wi-fi (hint- it's on the slip your room key comes in), but I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed in a single with a Master bed. The hotel was very clean and everything worked. I stayed there due to the close location to the airport and for the price, it can't be beat. Great restaurants nearby as well.
