Best Western Brampton - Brampton

This hotel needed a good clean, continental breakfast very basic, we were 1 day late due to 30 hour delay at London but would not refund first night charge or give a receipt. Would not stay again or recomend

the room allocated to us had an odour about it , not a fresh odour. The corridor carpets looked very unkempt as if they hadn't been cleaned since being laid and the paintwork could have done with a new coat, if not a damp cloth over them.

The staff were pleasant, the room very comfortable and the food plentiful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to friends and relatives.

great hotel. very happy with check in experience. receptionist went beyond his call of duty when he found out addresses and phone number of nearby restaurants and attraction. highly recommended. Only problem is that there is no elevators to the second floor. Could be a problem if you are carrying heavy luggage/ cannot climb stairs for any reason.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. It has a great location in a good part of town next to food and gas and wasn't far off the highway exit! The hotel staff was extremely helpful and made the stay even more pleasant!

This is a nice hotel worthy of commendation.However,I will suggest they serve dinner and provide elevator for the top floor. Ken,MD

WE HAD 5 NIGHTS HERE THEN 2 MORE NIGHTS ,ON THE FIRST VISIT WE HAD DOWNSTAIRS ROOMS BUT ON RETURN WERE GIVEN UPSTAIRS WHICH WERENT AS NICE.OVERALL VERY CLEAN AND GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY SHAME THEN ABOUT THE PLASTIC CUTLERY AND PLATES FOR BREAKFAST

Hotel had a great location to a number of stores and restaurants. Also easy access to the 410. Hotel was just as expected and a great value. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Spent most of our time in the pool.

I was very pleased that this hotel was located on a major thoroughfare, in an active commercial area, with a supermarket only yards away and several neighboring restaurants. The cleaning staff was very courteous and thorough (someone else came to inspect later). I was under the impression when I reserved that each room had its own microwave (or one could be requested), but I was informed by the front desk that this would have been a fire hazard, so there was one in the hall near the ice machine. My room was close to the main hall, so I was able to live with that. The chair in my room had a hard time reclining, and the maintenance staff was very attentive and examined the furniture for quality control. My only complaint was with the heating/cooling controls -- most of the time I couldn't warm the room up.

Very poor overall and would not stay there again.

need some improvement

The swimming pool closes too early at 10:00 PM. The location is not very convenience comparing to many other hotels closer to toronto.

room was not excutive room but standard size room. light in bathroom not working, extracter fan not working, over 2 days checked out on second day of 13 day stay.The hotel is in industrial area.

Everything was great, except the bathroom exhaust fan. you might want to wear ear protection as it was extremely noisy, and could not be turned on & off with out the light.

My husband and I travel to Brampton from Indiana, every 3 months, or so because his family lives there. Every time we come to Brampton, we stay at the Best Western off of Clark. It's a clean hotel that has great service. Even times that we had minor issues, they corrected the issues in a flash and were greatly sorry for any inconvenience. I would STRONGLY suggest this hotel for anyone traveling. It has a clean indoor pool area. There is a downstairs lounge for dinners for big parties. They have a great rate, nice facilities, and are so accomadating!

The hotel was adequate. Does not supply hair conditioner as most hotels do. Cleanliness could be improved -- spider, bug, some mold in bathroom, loose electrical outlet. Pool/spa room dirty. Outdoor patio tables and area were unkempt. The "Business Center" was an old computer with 2 chairs, one of which didn't work. The room was not clean, and very hot. Most irritating was the continental breakfast. The area is way too small for the number of people it is supposed to accomodate. Selections were uninteresting, and food ran out before the allotted breakfast time hours.

hotel was clean but for a non-smoking room it smelled smokey

The room was right by the entrance, busy area, no frig as requested, had to ask twice. Keys didn't work properly, got locked out once because of the keys. Other than that they were courteous in accommodating us with our requests.

Good out of (Toronto)town location. We think you need a car to go to Toronto. Very clean & tidy rooms. Free parking and free internet at the foyer. Stayed 2 nights. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with all what you need: bagles, english muffins, cake, marmelade, eggs, yogurt, milk, coffe and there is a waffle iron. So you can make our own fresh waffles with sirup or marmelade...Some people found fould with the plastic dishes but for us it was ok. There are some more important things than the high-quality-dishes to enjoy the breakfast-for example: self made waffels.

Mit Whirlpool, Indoor Pool, Waffelfrühstück, ruhige Lage jederzeit empfehlenswert. Macht einen netten Eindruck. Nur der Fkur könnte Mal renoviert werden.

En entrant dans l'hotel, j'ai tout de suite apprécié le décor et le confort qu'on y trouve. La chambre était impeccable, ça sentait bon et j'ai diffinitivement adoré les oreillers et le confort du lit.

Das Hotel ist einfach, jedoch gut eingerichtet. Der Fühstücksraum ist mit ca. 15 Plätzn eher klein, entsprechend dem Frühstück. Strategisch gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Restaurants - alles zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Service, Bettwäsche, Badezimmer, Fußboden, Freundlichkeit sind empfehlenswert. Fitnessraum ist wahrscheinlich nur da, um noch etwas mehr in der Hotelbeschreibung zu haben (nur zwei Laufbänder und ein Crosser) aber ansonsten anständig.
