Luxmar Aphtl - Ibiza

Ik reisde alleen maar ik kreeg een ruim appartement toebedeeld. Twee slaapkamers, een keukentje en een badkamer met wc en bad/douche. Het is verzorgd en schoon. Het receptie personeel is vriendelijk en neemt de tijd voor je vragen. Wel is het appartement redelijk gehorig.

The apartments themselves are quite reasonable and in a very convenient location close to Ibiza and the Old Town. However I would only recommend this place to clubbers or younger people as it is extremely noisy- the walls are like paper and the sound of banging doors echoes down the corridor at all hours day or night- particularly loud around 2am and 6am with people coming and going to clubs. If you don't mind the noise-this place is fine.

Stayed at these apartments last year with family & this year alone. I stayed in the Tropical Gardens block, on the top 3rd floor, which gave impressive sea views over the top of the Panoramic apartment block. The apartment are basic (2 cooking rings & a fridge)but clean, and a good base for Ibiza town (10 mins walk) and Playa den bossa (20 mins walk). Staff always seemed to be friendly and helpful. I can't comment on the food at the apartment as I didn't eat there. Overall for the price I was impressed with these apartments and would use again

siamo stati molto bene in questa struttura, alloggiavamo in un monolocale cn un angolo cottura nel edificio del tropical, le camere sn semplici ma spaziose,il personale molto gentile e rapido in caso di necessità! c'è una grande piscina ad acqua salata, una piu piccola davanti al bar. noi abbiamo preso solo pernottamento(che consigli avendo dato un occhiata al self service..), la colazione la facevamo sempre in camera dove c'è anche un tostapane, sul terrazzo che nel nostro caso dava sulla piscina...e qualche volta ci siamo anche fatti qualche spaghettata.. Consiglio il ristorante italiano li vicino Romagna mia, a pranzo fanno dei menu, mentre nel centro storico immancabile Bar Juan, in una traversa vicino al porto, si mangia benissimo sia la carne che il pesce ed è economicissimo( la metà rispetto ad altri posti)..in effetti c' è da fare la fila...ma ne vale la pena! per chi nn è mai stato ad ibiza consiglio di andare cn i bus alle calette, c'è una fermeta a 400 m dall'hotel...la mia preferita cala comte vicino a sant'antonio( dove ho passato 3 notti ed è drammatico trovare un posto dove mangiare perchè c'è solo cucina inglese..mentre molto carino il tramonto in uno dei locali.. cafè del mar o caffè mambo.. buona vacanza a tutti..io nn vedo l'ora di tornare..

Helt okej boende i figueretas, nära stan och nära stranden. Personal med bra service. Ingen bra städning tyvär. Skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att bo där igen!

Gut und vor allem preiswert für den Aufenthalt in Ibiza Stadt und mit Bus einfach zum tollen Lasa Salinas Strand!

LES PLUS : la climatisation efficace, excellent accueil, très bien situé pour le centre animé de eivissa à pied, proche aeroport en taxi, petite terrasse et style appartement très bien équipé (vaisselle, frigo..) et très pratique pour se faire à manger. LES MOINS : le confort de la chambre assez limité (matelas à petite mousse, draps à peine propres, toilettes nulles...), les terrasses les unes sur les autres, le vis-a-vis, la piscine d'eau de mer très agressive.

L'appart-hôtel est idéalement situé à 15 min à pieds du centre et de toutes les animations. Les deux piscines sont un atout en plein centre-ville. Le personnel est un peu débordé par la masse de jeunes touristes de tour opérateurs italiens. Il faut fuire la restauration et manger à l'extérieur.

Das Hotel ist für seine Preisklassse gut und sauber.. manchmal kann es etwas lauter werden, aber man ist ja auf Ibiza und die gäste wollen spaß haben... wir waren alle mal jung!!!

ruhige Lage am Rand von Figueretas Richtung Dalt Villa von Eivissa, allerdings können laute Fernseher des Nachbarn nerven (jedes Zimer hat Fernseher).
