Truely 5 star. Great service nice friendly attentive staff. Parking $32 a night.

The Epic Hotel has been the nicest hotel I've stayed in, in a long time. Everything about the room was wonderful and the view was even more amazing. My husband and I were very satisfied with the room and plan to stay in the same hotel next time we visit Miami, Fl.

We were able to stay at the Epic using welcome Rewards points- if you are not registered for this program -do it now. The Epic was a classy experience from the moment that we arrived. The valet workers were extremely courteous and wore cool uniforms. The entire hotel was beautiful- the lobby was a knock-=out with several water features as well as original art. Our room was enormous- with a wrap around balcony spanning the length of a sitting room and a seperate bedroom- even the bathroom had a balcony. The furnishings were top notch and the entire place looked like a spread in Elle Decor. This place looks better than the web site pics-you will not be disappointed.

By far this is one of the best hotels that I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. I travel alot, especially to major metropolitian cities around the country and sometimes I take weeks or several months for research before making my decision. My motto is that the hotel sets the tone for the entire vacation. My husband and I decided on this hotel to jump start our cruise to the caribbean for our honeymoon. From the moment we pulled up, we were greeted with warm smiles and the lobby was amazing. The front desk was friendly and gave us free continental breakfast passes to use during our stay. The breakfast included hot food items. The hotel has recently opened and we were the first to stay in our room. The room was exquisite, the decor is very modern but comfortable, warm, and inviting. The entire back wall is glass and opens to a private patio overlooking the waterway. The room was so clean and well maintained. Also, the concierge ordered a car for us, which was available for pick-up from driveway. The process was painless and afordable. The pool area is beautiful as cabana like lounges are available and comfortable for use. Service was outstanding, the food was good, and its only 15 minutes from south beach or a $20 one way cab ride. Also, the rail car is nearby and shopping centers are in the area. We went to the CVS, which is up the street several times during our stay. The only small negative that I could find was that after 11 or 12pm, room service does not offer the full menu. Other than that, it is a wonderful hotel. My husband and I agreed to return soon.

My family and I stayed at the EPIC for one night prior to leaving on our cruise. It is a beautiful hotel, just about six months old. Formerly the duPont. The service was awesome. The food was amazing. The interior is modern and lush and has beautiful views of the water. Their pools were lovely with open air cabanas and lounge chaises everywhere, fun and relaxing music in the air, and poolside bar and restaurant service. Had I not have left on a cruise the next day, we would have stayed much longer!

I have stayed in more hotels around the world than I can remember from 2 stars to 7 stars (in UAE). Epic hotel ranks among the best I stayed at and deserves a 5 stars rating. My family and I stayed at the Club level and the satff were wondeful in every aspect, catered to my kids every wish as far as activities, food and drinks. Smiles and greetings from the minute we enetered till we left. The pools are a pleasure especially in the afternoon when the wine is served free. Great experience, I would love stay there again and again.

I had an amazing stay at the Epic. The room was perfect and I loved the view of the bay. The pools were great and the waiters made it so nice for us. We didn't have to ask for anything. They were so friendly and we had a great experience. I also loved the restaurant in the hotel and the food was very good. We will definitely be going back next year to stay here!

A modern designed hotels that endeavours to be trendy and hip; However the staff, in particular the night club staff, were extremely rude. Not too mention the club was small, understaffed, and prepared poor drinks. Restaurant was too expensive for the quality of food. Valet parking only at $32 extra is not a welcome "bonus".

I loved everything about this hotel. It is one of the best hotels i have stayed in.

Great hotel to go and relax. Very clean and the staff recommended great restaurants to eat at. Beautiful views of the Miami River...and great hotel activities to attend.

Hotel was the picture perfect vision of what you imagine when you think Miami. Upscale modern decor (dark tropical wood with soothing off-white grasscloth walls) with impeccable service and a great location. It's like the "W" but better. First time I've seen a room in this price range with separate japanese soaking tub (high-end fixtures), double vessel vanity, and glass walk-in shower with rainshower fixture. The tub also has views of the city or water.

Excellent quality, perfect rooms, great staff! Water view room was nice but the view was not what I expected. You can't see the open Atlantic, merely a cut to the intercoastal. Still a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!

It was great! We loved it. We have some problems with the reservation and they couldn't find us but they not only took care of it but for the inconvenience, they upgraded our standard room to a Jr. Suite which was espectacular with a beautiful view of the city.

wonderful hotel, overly-helpful staff who will go out of their way to accomodate you and your request. prime location and fantastic views as well. one drawback may be the club that operates on the ground level - large crowd on friday night, and hotel guests were given a back-seat by the club owners and security staff of the club to the non-hotel guest patrons of the club; parking lot was so full of club-valet vehicles that we waited in the street to enter the valet lot and get inside our room. but otherwise, an "epic" stay!

I always stay in nice hotels with great service but this was off the hook. The pool, Area 31 to the Valet was unbelievable.

The Hotel is in the hart of downtown miami, perfect location exelent service like no other very private and service was like a dream. beautifull place very satisfied!

My wife and I were very impressed with the high quality of the hotel, its service, it amenities and everything else. The only problem is that is was not so close to the "action" of Miami. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of shuttle bus to some of the major locations around Miami (Southbeach, etc). A taxi ride to Southbeach, with tip, could easily cost you $30 each way. Other than that, fantastic stay!

Great hotel! Initially we were put in a room facing a construction of another building. We called to switch rooms, and they gladly upgraded us to a room with a great view and other great amenities to enjoy. It is a beautiful hotel, amazing pool area, easy to get to, great ambiance music, great service overall. The only downside is the restaurant Area 31, which is not that great. The food was just ok, nothing spectacular. Also the parking is a bit expensive... US$32.00 a day. Not even the South Beach Hotels charge that much. We'll be back again though.

very nice and clean. awesome balcony, large bathroom. service was pretty good.

Alt i alt et bra og flott hotell. Om vi skal påpeke noe må det være at minibaren ikke ble fylt opp etter hvert. Vi leverte også inn klesvask to ganger, og ingen av gangene ble det levert tilbake i tide.

Très bel hotel très bien décoré et neuf avec petit dej compris et copieux. Accueil agréable, team très à l'écoute. Vue superbe. Prestations de qualité autour de la piscine.

Hotel in zona centrale a due passi dal Bayside market con la fermata del Loop vicinissima. Un po' distante da Ocean Drive. Bellissima la piscina. Stanza ampia con vista sul mare. Bagno con vasca e doccia nuovissimi. Accesso privato al piano 29. Prezzo scontatissimo per via della bassa stagione. Da consigliare

Très bel hotel en plein coeur de Miami... justement très difficile à trouver en voiture ou à pied (on s'est planté à chaque fois). Valet Parking à 32$ obligatoire sinon pas de place dans le quartier. Chambre très confortable avec un beau balcon. la vue sur l'eau est gachée la nuit par le bruit des voitures sur le pont amovibles en fer, un ronronnement permanent et impossible à dissimuler. La salle de bain splendide et spatieuse avec 2 lavabos, douche et baignoire. Une fenêtre en tissu à baisser entre la salle de bain et la chambre, il vaut mieux être intime pour les pudiques.

Perfekt läge down town Miami. Mycket hög servicenivå. Stora ljusa moderna rum. Väldigt bra gym. Poolområdet uppskattades av vuxna såväl som barn. Stort rum för 4 pers (2 dubbelsängar) fungerade perfekt.

Hôtel neuf -bien situé - très design - piscine de rêve - confort de la chambre parfait -très belle SDB - attention parking de l'hôtel un peu cher.

Det här var ett av de bästa hotellen jag bott på. Jätte trevlig personal och jätte fint hotell. Polen var jätte fin och liksom pol området. Rekommenderar verkligen det här hotellet. Längtar redan tillbaka. Ska absolut åka dit och bo där igen.
