La Quinta Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very pleasant and really try to be very helpful. Wheither it is where to eat, or how to get somewhere the saff was pleasant, eager and friendly. They serve a great breakfast make your own belgian waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee & juice all included. The location in the LOOP area was great, easy access to trains & buses and 3 blocks from "Sears Tower". Being in tghe business district it was quieet at night.

It was beautiful, the breakfast was awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!everyone really nice. very helpful.

We were suprised at how clean the hotel was. The room was a little small but well worth the money.

The room was nice enough, everything you expect. My only real complaint was with someone there that looked like a manager. He talked down to us and scolded us (for doing nothing wrong, mind you) like we were 12! I'm 35!! This put quite an annoying downer on an otherwise pleasant stay.

Hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location - just two blocks from the Sears Towers and a short ride to Wrigley. Loved it! Nice rooms, very clean

The hotel was excelent. From the front desk to security everyone was so proper and knew what they where doing . The hotel was clean and organzined. Right in the middle of the business loop in Chicago in walking distance of everything you might need. For being my first time staying at hotel I recommend it . The rooms where so spaces and the view from the window not bad . It's a must stay . Hope those who go after reading this enjoys it as well .

We picked this hotel mainly because of the location. It is really close to the train/bus station and we were able to walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was more spacious than I had expected. The free breakfast was great- more than just cereal!

Nice rooms - good size and nicely decorated. Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast included. Parking was very easy - deck was directly behind the hotel. I would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel more than exceeded the value for the money. The free breakfast was more than we could have hoped for. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the size of the room (with two double beds) was rather small.

The hotel was very clean and colorful! The staff was very nice. The pool and hot tub are very small though so it is tough to enjoy them if the hotel is booked. Also, if you want to stay in a place where you can walk to get a bite to eat after 8, this area is not your best option.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from Union Station and the Chicago River. It is within walking distance to many eateries, shopping, museums, and parks. Will stay here again.

Stayed three days at this hotel, and found it to be very satisfactory, and excellent value for money. It is (at time of writing) 3 months old, and spotlessly clean. Everything worked. the location is good, and staff were very helpful and attentive. Only downsides: - Beds were not very comfortable (unless you like 'em hard) - No hot breakfast at weekends - Parking expensive (But hey, that's Chicago)

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool was very small and the hot tub was ridiculously small - you would be lucky to fit 2 people in it. Other than that, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfy, and the entire hotel staff were fabulous! One small warning for future patrons is that all the local shops and restaurants close by 4:00PM on the weekends so you have to walk a little farther to get quick food. All the high end restaurants are about a mile or more north of the business district. But having the Millinnium Park and Grant Park within walking distance (less than a mile) made this hotel very enjoyable.

Really wasn't sure about this hotel when I booked it. It was brand new with no reviews and seemed too cheap to be as good as it looked. It was perfect. The room was SUPER clean and comforable. Nice bathroom, huge comfy bed. Decent breakfast in the morning. A little noisy, but thats to be expected in the middle of Chicago. GREAT location. Don't book it for the swimming pool though, TINY and a waste of space in my opinion.

Excellent service from all especially Angela. Great location close to the El. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good. Did have problems with cell reception in the inside room, but staff was nice enough to move me to an exterior room and had good reception. The outside rooms seemed much nicer and larger. Would stay there again.

Near the public transit stops and the Willis Tower. Just blocks away from major shopping area.

Because we took the train into Union station, I wanted a hotel within walking distance of the train. La Quinta was not only an easy walk from the station but was an easy and somewhat centrally located hotel for walking to and from much of what we enjoyed in Chicago - shops on Michigan Ave, Soldier Field, Millennium Park, etc. Service was excellent, we enjoyed the comp breakfast, and our room was very comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

This hotel is just a few blocks from the train station, 2 blocks from the Sears Tower and within walking distance of Millenium Park. The staff were helpful in a very timely manor.

Leo was great at letting us know specifics about the area when asked. He helped us find local restaurants and a great place for a cocktail. He always had a smile on his face.

We stayed here for our first big family vacation with our daughter. We rode Amtrak to the city and the hotel was within easy walking distance even with our luggage. The hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly, and the room was great! Very impressive spread for breakfast and the staff was outstanding for answering our questions and giving advice. Very minor complaints were a pretty small pool and the location of the hotel. For the most part, it was awesome to be in the middle of the banking district, but when looking for food after 8 at night, there were very few choices. All in all, a great place and we'll definitely be back!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. I rarely have to stay in hotels when I travel so this was quite a surprise. I didn't know what to expect from a LaQuinta. The rooms were fantastically designed (wonderful on the eye). The staff were attentive and pleasant, even giving me directions from the train. By the way, loved the proximity to the train station, which I easily took from the Midway airport AND to where my event was taking place, The Sears Tower (...well, now the Willis Tower). Great hotel. I would stay here again, definitely. By the way, hopefully they keep the breakfast because it was good as well.

The hotel staff was fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very conveniently located - just a couple blocks from Sears Tower and Michigan Avenue...easy access to public transportation. Their complimentary breakfast is outstanding. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was a great hotel for the price we paid. They accept pets, have a good breakfast and staff was friendly and helpful. The parking price was $36/day which we thought was high. The location of this hotel is right next to the Sears towers so the walk everywhere was far. Overall was a good stay, would stay again

We enjoyed our stay and were able to easily get around by walking. The only grip I have would be for the cost of parking to stay there.

The hotel's location is great for theatre goers, Garrett popcorn fans and coffee shop fans. Shopping-not so great but its just a short cab ride to the magnificent mile. The hotel and the rooms are very nice and modern. I did not check out any of the amenities so I can't review those. Keep in mind that this hotel is in the business district so many shops aren't open late or on the weekend. Overall it was a good price and great value for a downtown hotel. The location wasn't fantastic for tourists but the price was and its quite easy to get around!

I had a great experience with this hotel. I was able to check as soon as I arrived in town even though it was before check in time. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They held my bags for me after check out so I did not have to drag them with me all day until my train departure. The room was great, very comfortable and plenty of room. Breakfast was well stocked and the food was fresh. Overall I had a great stay and will be back the next time I need to be in Chicago.

Great location for the money, more decently priced than others surrounding and the breakfast in the morning was a God-send.

The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The pool and Spa was disappointing, both are very small. The breakfast provided by the Hotel is really very good for a free breakfast. They have waffles and fresh fruit with yogurt and bagels. The overall experience of the hotel is good. We were a little disappointed with the location. Nothing really close by for tourism.

The hotel was only 5 weeks old when I stayed there. Very clean and nice size bathroom. Skip the free breakfast and go to Starbucks across the street. Staff very nice. Bit pricey for a La Quinta but it was Memorial Day weekend.

Upon arrival at the hotel, it was unapparent where to park. We arrived in the hotel and having reserved a room with hotels.com, I had prepaid the full amount of my stay. The attendant didn't know how to access the records that showed I had paid already. It took nearly ten minutes of the attendant trying to get me to give another credit card, and I insisting that I had paid already (I had a receipt in hand) before it was settled. We got to our newly-renovated room, which had very nice decor, one good thing about our stay. It was very clean and a nice place to spend the night. My wife and kids wanted a snack so we went to the vending machines as it was late enough that downtown was pretty much closed off. The machine on our floor didn't have a sign on it saying that it was out of service, but that was the case. The ice machine...if there is one.. We assumed there was because of the empty ice bucket on the room, was nowhere to be found. We never could find the ice. Lastly, they boasted of the exercise room and pool. These locations were not easily found and not well marked. The only very good part of the stay was the breakfast. Fresh fruit, cereal, hot waffles, muffins, hard boiled eggs, assort. juices, coffee, and other things rounded out a very nice morning.

Glimrende værelse. lidt støjende omgivelser. ingen restaurant eller lignende på hotellet. Udmærket og høflig betjening. Et fint hotel til prisen. Kommer gerne igen.
