Location. Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa is located in 15 acres of landscaped grounds near Dartford, Kent, England. The M25 and M20 motorways are about three miles away, and it is five miles to Bluewater shopping centre. London is 18 miles from the hotel.
Hotel Features. A pretty country mansion with gabled windows, a Victorian walled garden planted with mature shrubs and flower beds, and a wooded orchard, the Rowhill Grange Hotel also has a full- service spa offering beauty treatments and relaxation packages.

Rowland Grange Hotel's fine dining restaurant, Truffles, specialises in modern English cooking. There is also a brasserie serving drinks and snacks.

There is a conference room seating up to 150 and a boardroom with capacity for 20.

The spa has a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. A wide variety of beauty treatments are offered.

Guestrooms. The 38 guestrooms have satellite television, hair dryers, and safes. Complimentary bottled water, bathrobes, and slippers are provided.

Expert Tip. Bluewater shopping centre has 330 shops, 50 restaurants/cafes and a 13-screen cinema. It is one of the biggest shopping centres in the UK.

From Gatwick Airport (LGW):
Distance to Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa is 31 miles, approximately 45 minutes' drive.

Getting there. A taxi is likely to cost around 45 GBP. This price is subject to change. Taxi is the most direct route, but it is possible to catch a train into central London and connect with trains to Swanley, the station nearest the hotel, which is 2.5 miles away.

Getting around. A car would be recommended for exploring the local area, although the hotel has extensive grounds for walking in.

Driving directions. Leave the airport on the A23, then join the M23 at junction 9. Stay on for seven miles until the junction with the M25 (junction 8). Follow the M25 in the direction of Maidstone for 20 miles, and leave at junction 3. Take the A20 towards the Channel Tunnel, then follow the B2173 to Swanley. Turn left onto High Street (B258), then turn into Puddledock Lane and finally right on Rowhill Road.
